- We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UTC, to confirm prices in USD, availability and shipping, or to ask the questions needed to prepare your quote.
What to include
- Your company name, a contact person and the delivery country
- The products, with links or manufacturer part numbers, and the quantity of each
- For workstations: the configuration you need, or the workload it must handle
- Your timeline, and whether partial deliveries are acceptable
- The coin and network you plan to pay with
How business orders are paid
Business orders are paid like any other order: in BTC, ETH, or USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, on a payment page at hodlchip.com that shows the exact amount, a fresh deposit address and a countdown. If you want the amount to stay stable in dollar terms, pay in USDT.
We never send payment addresses by email, even for a quote you requested. An invoice or message that contains a payment address is not from us: do not pay it, and forward it to support@hodlchip.com with the subject Phishing.
Shipping, lead times and duties
- Orders ship tracked from our warehouse in Germany, with DHL, TNT or DHL Express, in discreet, unbranded packaging, with no crypto or brand references on the box.
- In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. For items that are not in stock, your quote states the expected availability.
- Deliveries within the EU do not go through customs. Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are not included in our prices and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
- We deliver to the countries listed on our shipping page; furniture-size items within Europe only.
Warranty and after-sales
- Every product carries the full manufacturer warranty, with the length shown on the product page.
- During the first 12 months, we handle warranty claims (RMA) with the manufacturer for you.
- Items that arrive dead or damaged are replaced or refunded when reported within 14 days with photos, with return shipping on us.
- Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

Is there a minimum order for a quote?
Quotes are for volume orders of 5 units or more, and for workstations. Smaller orders can be placed directly on the site.
Can businesses pay by bank transfer?
No. Business orders are paid in BTC, ETH, or USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, on a payment page at hodlchip.com, like every other order.
How quickly do you reply to quote requests?
