How we work

Priced in USD, paid in crypto. Every price is set in US dollars. At checkout you pay in BTC, ETH, or USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, at a live rate that is held while you pay.
Genuine products only. Everything we sell is new, genuine and sealed, sourced from manufacturers and authorized distributors, and carries the full manufacturer warranty.
Warranty handled for you. During the first 12 months, we handle warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.
No account needed. You check out as a guest with an email address and a shipping address, and follow your order with its number and that email. An optional account adds your order history, saved addresses and a wishlist on all your devices.
Tracked, discreet shipping. Orders ship tracked from our warehouse in Germany, with DHL and TNT, in plain, unbranded packaging, with no crypto or brand references on the box.
Clear policies. 30-day returns, free cancellation until your order ships, and refunds paid in the coin and network you used. Every rule is written down in our Help center.

Privacy by default

We collect only what it takes to deliver an order: your email address, your shipping address, an optional phone number for the carrier, and what you ordered. Accounts are optional, and there are no tracking cookies, no analytics trackers and no advertising pixels. We never sell your data, and the only company we pass it to is the carrier that delivers your parcel. The details are in our Privacy policy.

Built around self-custody

Paying in crypto should never put your keys at risk, and our rules reflect it.

Our staff never ask for a seed phrase, a private key or remote access to your devices.
Payment addresses only ever appear on payment pages at hodlchip.com, and every order gets a fresh address.

Questions about compatibility, orders, payments and returns are answered by email at support@hodlchip.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UTC, within one business day.
