Which cryptocurrencies and networks can I pay with?

Bitcoin (on-chain), Ether on Ethereum mainnet, and Tether USDT on either TRON (TRC20) or Ethereum (ERC20). At checkout you pick the coin and network; we then show a QR code, the exact amount and a fresh address for your order.

How long is my price locked?

Your USD total is converted at a live rate when you check out. That rate is held for 60 minutes for Bitcoin and 30 minutes for ETH and USDT. If the window runs out before you send, simply check out again for a fresh quote.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Check out as a guest with a shipping address and an email for order updates. Any order can be tracked with its order number and that email.

What if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?

Always send the exact amount on the network you selected — USDT on TRC20 and ERC20 are not interchangeable. If you underpay, contact us with your order number and we will help you complete or refund the payment. Funds sent on a network we do not support may not be recoverable, so double-check before you confirm.

How do refunds work when I paid in crypto?

Refunds go back in the coin and on the network you paid with, to an address you provide. We refund the USD value of the returned items, converted at the rate on the day of the refund.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

Orders ship from our warehouse in Germany to the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway with DHL and TNT, and to the US, Canada, Asia, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand with DHL Express. Shipping starts at $5.90 in Germany and is free on orders over $300 everywhere in the EU, where there are no customs. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be collected on delivery. Rates for every country are in our shipping help.

Are your products new and under warranty?

Yes. Everything we sell is new, in its original sealed packaging and covered by the full manufacturer warranty.

Can I pay from an exchange account?

Yes, but exchanges may batch or delay withdrawals and deduct their fee from the amount sent. Make sure the amount that arrives matches the amount shown, and withdraw on the network you selected.
