Overview

This ATX motherboard uses the AMD B850 chipset for Socket AM5 processors. It suits builders who want PCIe 5.0 graphics and storage support plus fast wireless connectivity.

Design and Power Delivery

The board uses a 14+2+2 phase VRM design with dedicated heatsinks. It includes an integrated rear I/O shield and a black ATX form factor. CPU power connects through one 8-pin and one 4-pin connector.

Memory and Storage

Four DIMM slots accept DDR5 up to 8200 MT/s with AMD EXPO and Intel XMP profiles. Maximum capacity is 256 GB. Storage options include one PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot, two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, and four SATA 6 Gbps ports. M.2 heatsinks are installed.

Connectivity

Rear I/O provides one USB 3.1 Type-C, two USB 3.1 Type-A, five USB 3.0 Type-A, and four USB 2.0 Type-A ports. A DisplayPort output is included. Networking uses a Realtek 2.5 GbE controller, Wi-Fi 7 via Realtek RTL8922AE, and Bluetooth 5.4.

Headers and Features

Internal headers include one USB 3.2 Type-C, one USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, front audio, SPI TPM, one 12 V RGB, and three 5 V digital RGB connectors. Six 4-pin fan headers support PWM control. Q-Flash Plus allows BIOS updates without a CPU installed.
