Overview

A low-profile Intel-approved CPU cooler with a copper core and 95mm PWM fan. Designed for sockets LGA 1200, 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, and 775 with up to 125W TDP.

Design and Materials

The heatsink uses a full-height copper core bonded to aluminum fins. Each fin splits into two prongs to increase surface area. The top-blower layout directs airflow toward surrounding motherboard components such as voltage regulators.

Fan Performance

An open-frame 95 mm fan runs on a twin ball bearing for durability. PWM control adjusts speed automatically between 500 and 3400 RPM. Airflow reaches 69.49 m³/h at maximum speed while noise stays between 19 and 36 dB(A).

Compatibility and Installation

Supports Intel LGA 1200, 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, and 775 sockets. Push-pin fasteners lock into place without manual adjustment. The 62 mm height fits most low-profile chassis.
