Overview

A compact top-blow aluminum cooler with a 120mm PWM fan rated for 95W TDP. Fits AMD AM3+ and AM4 sockets in space-constrained builds.

Design and Materials

The heatsink uses a solid aluminum sunflower structure that spreads heat across a large surface. A black funnel frame surrounds the 120mm fan to direct air through the fins and toward motherboard components. The unit weighs 340 grams and measures 120 by 120 by 88 millimeters.

Fan Performance

The included 120mm fan operates under PWM control between 500 and 1800 RPM. At maximum speed it delivers 87.16 cubic meters per hour of airflow while producing 32.5 dB(A) of noise. The four-pin connector allows automatic speed adjustment by the motherboard.

Socket Compatibility

Mounting hardware supports AMD AM3+ and AM4 platforms. The top-flow orientation cools the CPU and surrounding voltage regulators simultaneously. No additional fans can be attached to this cooler.

Included Components

The package contains the aluminum heatsink with pre-installed 120mm PWM fan and the mounting kit for supported AMD sockets. No RGB lighting is present.
