Compact Top-Flow Design

The cooler stands 76 mm tall and measures 120 mm square, allowing it to fit in small-form-factor cases. Its top-blow layout directs airflow across the motherboard, helping lower VRM and memory temperatures in tight layouts.

Thermal Performance

Six copper heatpipes move heat into an aluminum fin stack rated for 165 W TDP. The included 120 mm PWM fan spins between 600 and 1900 RPM, delivering up to 83.63 m³/h airflow and 2.98 mmH₂O static pressure.

Acoustics and Installation

Fan noise ranges from 6.9 dB(A) at minimum speed to 28.9 dB(A) at maximum. Mounting hardware covers current Intel and AMD sockets, and the four-pin PWM connector enables automatic speed control.
