Overview

A premium CPU water block built for AMD AM4 and AM5 sockets. It features a.925 sterling silver base, white acetal housing with a black anodized aluminum frame, and integrated addressable RGBpx lighting.

Design and Materials

The cold plate is machined from.925 sterling silver and features a micro-structure finer than 200 µm for efficient heat transfer. The top assembly uses white acetal with a black anodized aluminum frame. Coolant enters through a central slot nozzle and flows across the full structure.

Mounting System

A stainless steel retention frame with nickel-plated spring cups provides consistent clamping force. A mechanical stop prevents over-tightening and ensures even pressure distribution. Knurled thumbscrews allow tool-free installation, while a hex socket option is also available.

Lighting and Connectivity

Eleven addressable RGBpx LEDs are embedded beneath the frame. They connect via a single Aqua Computer RGBpx header for synchronization with compatible controllers. Two standard G1/4 inch ports accept common fittings.

Included Accessories

A 0.5 gram syringe of Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal compound ships with a plastic spatula. The low-viscosity paste spreads thinly and evenly, providing enough material for roughly five applications.
