Overview

The poweradjust 3 USB Ultra is a standalone single-channel controller for pumps and fans up to 30W continuous load. It also connects to aquaero 5 or 6 via aquabus for expanded system control.

Design and Efficiency

The poweradjust 3 uses switching regulator technology for higher efficiency and less heat than the previous generation. It operates autonomously or as an aquabus expansion for aquaero 5 and 6 controllers.

Performance and Control

Delivers 30W continuous power with 54W peak for pump startup currents. The Ultra version adds temperature-based speed regulation modeled on the aquastream XT. A configurable start boost ensures reliable spin-up, and stall detection works via tacho or flow signals.

Connectivity

Provides one powered output with tacho input, USB for PC connection, external temperature sensor input, flow sensor input, tacho signal output, and an aquabus port for linking to aquaero 5 or 6.

Included Accessories

Ships with the controller, a Laing DDC pump adapter cable, an internal 5-pin USB cable approximately 70 cm long, a tacho signal cable, and the manual.
