Overview

This five-pack of 140mm case fans uses fluid dynamic bearings and redesigned blades for high static pressure. They suit CPU coolers, radiators, and restrictive chassis layouts.

Design and Build

Each fan measures 140mm square by 27mm thick and weighs 191 grams. The frame and rotor are black plastic. Blades are optimized for static pressure rather than open-air flow.

Performance

The fluid dynamic bearing supports a maximum speed of 1700 RPM. At full speed the fan delivers 72.8 CFM of airflow and 2.4 mmH2O of static pressure. Maximum noise is rated at 0.3 Sone.

Connectivity and Use

A standard 3-pin connector provides 12V power. The fans mount in any 140mm location and work well on heatsinks, radiators, or as case intake and exhaust where airflow resistance is high.
