The card uses the BMG-G31 chip built on a 5 nm process with 32 Xe cores and 4,096 shader units. A boost clock of 2,540 MHz drives 32 ray tracing units and 256 XMX engines for AI acceleration.

Memory and Reliability

32GB of GDDR6 memory runs at 19 Gbps effective across a 256-bit interface, delivering 608 GB/s bandwidth. ECC support protects data integrity during long compute jobs.

Thermal Design

A single blower fan pulls air through the heatsink and exhausts it out the rear bracket. The dual-slot, 271 mm long form factor allows side-by-side installation in compatible chassis.

Connectivity and Media
