Overview

A micro-ATX motherboard built on the Intel B860 chipset for LGA 1851 processors. It targets mainstream builders who want PCIe 5.0 graphics and storage support without extreme overclocking features.

Design and Layout

The board uses a black six-layer PCB in micro-ATX dimensions. It does not include a built-in I/O shield, and the VRM and M.2 areas are covered by heatsinks. RGB lighting is supported through one 12 V and two 5 V addressable headers.

Performance and Memory

Two DIMM slots support up to 128 GB of DDR5 memory with XMP 3.0 profiles reaching 9066 MT/s. The CPU power connectors use one 8-pin and one 4-pin plug. A single PCIe 5.0 x16 slot handles graphics, while a second x4 slot and an x1 slot provide additional expansion.

Storage and Connectivity

One M.2 slot runs at PCIe 5.0 x4 and another at PCIe 4.0 x4, both with heatsinks. Four SATA 6 Gbps ports are available. Rear I/O offers one USB 3.2 Type-C, three USB 3.1 Type-A, two USB 2.0 Type-A, HDMI, DisplayPort, and a 2.5 GbE RJ45 jack.

Cooling and Extras

Five 4-pin PWM fan headers allow flexible cooling setups. Internal headers include one USB 3.2 Type-C, one USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, front-panel audio, and an SPI TPM header. Audio is driven by a Realtek ALC897 codec.
