Overview

A Micro-ATX motherboard built on the AMD B840 chipset for AM5 Ryzen 7000, 8000, and 9000 series processors. It fits compact builds needing DDR5 memory, PCIe 4.0 graphics, and multiple NVMe drives.

Design and Cooling

The black Micro-ATX PCB measures 244 by 244 mm and includes an integrated I/O shield. VRM heatsinks and two M.2 heatsinks help manage thermals, while a rear backplate adds rigidity. Six 4-pin PWM headers provide ample fan and radiator control.

Memory and Expansion

Four DDR5 DIMM slots accept up to 192 GB at speeds up to 7600 MT/s via AMD EXPO profiles. The primary PCIe 4.0 x16 slot handles modern graphics cards, and two PCIe 3.0 x1 slots accommodate add-in cards.

Storage and Connectivity

Three M.2 sockets support NVMe SSDs, two running at PCIe 4.0 x4 and one at PCIe 3.0 x4. Four SATA 6 Gbps ports are also available. Rear USB includes two 10 Gbps Type-A, one 5 Gbps Type-C, and four USB 2.0 Type-A ports. A single 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port handles wired networking.

Display and Internal Headers

Video output uses one HDMI and two DisplayPort connectors for integrated graphics. Internal headers include one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, one USB 3.2 Gen 1, two USB 2.0, three 5V digital RGB, front-panel audio, and an SPI TPM header.
