Overview

A passive aluminum heatsink designed for M.2 2280 SSDs. It includes three thermal pads to fit both single-sided and double-sided drives.

Design and Compatibility

The cooler supports M.2 2280 drives of any capacity using SATA or NVMe interfaces. Three thermal pads of varying thickness accommodate both single-sided and double-sided modules. The finned aluminum body measures 76 x 24 x 10 mm.

Thermal Performance

The 8 mm finned aluminum structure dissipates heat generated during operation. Testing shows the heatsink can lower SSD temperatures by as much as 25 degrees Celsius under load.

Installation and Contents

Installation is straightforward on motherboard M.2 slots or AXAGON adapters. The package contains the heatsink, three thermal pads, mounting hardware, and a screwdriver in a cardboard box.
