Overview

A straight G1/4 inch push-in fitting made of nickel-plated brass for 10mm inner diameter tubing. Designed for custom liquid cooling loops.

Design and Materials

The fitting body is machined from solid brass with a nickel-plated finish. An integrated O-ring provides a reliable seal at the thread. The push-in barb design accepts any wall thickness since no compression nut is used.

Installation Notes

A 15mm open-end wrench is recommended for installation. Tighten by hand only; do not apply excessive torque. Secure the tubing to the barb with a hose clamp or zip tie for a leak-free connection.

Compatibility

Designed for flexible tubing with a 10mm inner diameter. Not compatible with hard tubing. The G1/4 thread fits standard water cooling components such as radiators, blocks, and reservoirs.
