Overview

This 360 mm all-in-one liquid cooler uses three RX120 fans and a Flow Drive pump to handle high thermal loads. It fits Intel LGA 1851, 1700 and AMD AM5, AM4 sockets.

Radiator and Fan Performance

The 394 x 120 x 27 mm aluminum radiator is paired with three RX120 RGB fans. They spin between 300 and 2,100 RPM and produce up to 4.33 mmH2O of static pressure for reliable airflow through dense fins.

Pump and Cold Plate

A Flow Drive pump with a three-phase motor circulates coolant evenly. The copper cold plate absorbs CPU heat, and pre-applied XTM70 thermal paste ensures good contact out of the box.

Lighting and Control

The pump head includes 20 addressable RGB LEDs and each fan adds eight more. All lighting and fan curves are managed through the iCUE LINK ecosystem using a single cable chain.

Mounting Hardware

Brackets for Intel LGA 1851 and 1700 as well as AMD AM5 and AM4 are supplied. The Capwap design allows tool-free adjustments during installation.
