Overview

A hybrid GPU water block for NVIDIA RTX 4080 and 4090 cards. It combines a custom-loop cold plate with an integrated RGB fan for VRM and PCB cooling.

Hybrid Cooling Design

The block mounts a nickel-plated copper cold plate over the GPU core and memory, fed by a single G1/4-inch port for your custom loop. An integrated RGB fan directs airflow across the PCB and VRM area, reducing component temperatures without extra case fans.

iCUE LINK Connectivity

A single iCUE LINK connector chains power and RGB data to other iCUE LINK devices, eliminating separate fan and LED cables. The system hub (sold separately) manages the chain through one motherboard USB header.

Lighting and Monitoring

Eighteen addressable RGB LEDs illuminate the fan hub and a ring diffuser. iCUE software synchronizes lighting effects and reads the onboard cold-plate temperature sensor for precise curve control.

Installation Ready

Thermal compound and model-specific thermal pads come pre-applied, so no spreading or cutting is required. The block supports reference and most partner-design RTX 4080 and 4090 cards.
