Design and Build

The drive uses a single-sided M.2 2280 layout in black. It is built with Micron Advanced 3D QLC NAND and rated for 1.5 million hours MTBF.

Performance

Sequential reads reach 5000 MB/s and writes reach 4200 MB/s on PCIe 4.0. The drive is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0 slots at reduced speeds.

Features

Includes SSD management software for firmware updates and performance optimization. Endurance is rated at 440 TB written for the 2 TB model.
