Overview

A premium CPU water block built for Intel LGA 1700 processors. It features a nickel-plated copper cold plate, a black anodized aluminum top with CNC-milled tetrahedrons, and 25 addressable RGB LEDs.

OptiFlow Cooling Engine

The OptiFlow engine is tailored for the Intel LGA 1700 IHS and die layout. It combines specific mounting pressure with cold plate geometry for low hydraulic restriction. This allows quieter pump operation while maintaining high thermal performance. The lathe-turned cold plate ensures optimal contact within Intel safe zone guidelines.

Materials and Construction

The cold plate uses 99.99% pure electrolytic copper with nickel plating for superior heat transfer. The top cover is machined from a 30mm thick high-grade aluminum sheet into irregular tetrahedrons and black anodized. A robust plexi top sits beneath the aluminum cover for structural integrity.

EK-ExactMount Installation

The patented EK-ExactMount system uses only a backplate, mounting screws, and the water block. Pre-tensioned springs hidden in the top ensure correct pressure and a clean front look with no visible screws. Installation is quick, user-friendly, and safe for the hardware.

Lighting and Ecosystem

The block includes 25 addressable RGB LEDs powered via a 3-pin 5V D-RGB connector. Lighting syncs with major motherboard RGB software. EK-Matrix7 compliance standardizes port spacing and height in 7mm increments to simplify tube routing and loop planning.
