Overview

A nickel-plated brass compression fitting that connects 16mm OD hard tubing to a G1/4 female port. Suitable for custom loop builders using acrylic, PETG, or metal tubing.

Design and Materials

The fitting body and compression ring are CNC machined from brass with a high-quality nickel finish. A rubber O-ring provides the seal. The exterior features grooves for hand tightening, while the compression ring includes cutouts to display optional color rings.

Installation and Security

A locking ring compresses the O-ring to prevent the tube from pulling out. The barb interior has a 9mm hex Allen socket; using a 9mm Allen key is recommended to avoid fingertip damage. Excessive torque should be avoided to protect other components.

Compatibility and Options

Works with 16mm OD acrylic, PETG, copper, brass, and stainless steel tubing. Interchangeable aesthetic color rings screw onto the fitting before the locking ring and are sold separately. Guaranteed compatible with all EK Water Blocks liquid cooling products.
