Overview

An ATX motherboard built on the AMD X870E chipset for Socket AM5 Ryzen 9000 processors. It delivers strong power design, extensive PCIe 5.0 storage, and high-speed USB4 connectivity.

Power Design and Cooling

The board uses a 16+2+2 phase VRM with high-quality power stages to keep the CPU fed under heavy loads. Six 4-pin PWM fan headers and a dedicated CPU fan header provide flexible cooling control.

Memory and Expansion

Four DDR5 slots support up to 256 GB at 5200 MT/s standard and 8000 MT/s when overclocked via AMD EXPO. Expansion includes one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 4.0 x4 slot, and one PCIe 3.0 x2 slot.

Storage and Rear I/O

Three M.2 slots run at PCIe 5.0 x4 from the CPU and one at PCIe 4.0 x4 from the chipset, alongside four SATA 6G ports. Rear I/O offers two USB4 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, four USB 2.0 Type-A, HDMI 2.1, 2.5 GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 7, and audio jacks with S/PDIF.

Internal Connectivity

Headers include one USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C, four USB 3.2 Gen 1, four USB 2.0, front-panel audio, system panel, and dedicated power and reset buttons. Dual 8-pin 12V and 24-pin ATX connectors supply power.
