Overview

This USB 3.2 Gen2x2 enclosure runs M.2 NVMe and SATA SSDs at up to 20 Gbit/s. An aluminum body with a heat pipe keeps temperatures low during heavy workloads.

Design and Cooling

The enclosure uses a solid aluminum shell paired with a copper heat pipe to draw heat away from the SSD. This passive solution prevents thermal throttling during long transfers. A subtle LED shows power and activity status.

Drive Compatibility

It accepts M-Key, B-Key, and M+B-Key modules in 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280 lengths. Both PCIe NVMe and AHCI SATA protocols are supported. No tools are required to install a drive.

Performance Features

USB 3.2 Gen2x2 delivers up to 20 Gbit/s bandwidth for PCIe 4.0 NVMe drives. UASP and TRIM commands help maintain speed and extend SSD lifespan. The enclosure is plug-and-play on Windows and macOS.

Physical Specifications

The black and silver case measures 118.8 mm long, 34.5 mm wide, and 16.9 mm tall. Materials include aluminum, copper, and stainless steel. A short hub-style cable is included for host connection.
