Overview

A set of six nylon opening picks designed for prying apart glued or clipped electronic devices. Suitable for technicians and DIY repairers working on smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Design and Materials

Each pick measures 0.5 mm thick and uses a flexible nylon polymer. The guitar pick profile provides a wide handle for grip and a tapered edge for insertion. The material is non-conductive and soft enough to prevent marring aluminum chassis or display glass.

Repair Applications

The thin blade slides into adhesive seams on smartphones, tablets, and ultrabooks. They work well for separating display assemblies, battery adhesive, and plastic clips. The six-pack provides spares for team environments or picks lost during deep teardowns.

Maintenance

Picks can be washed with soap and water to remove adhesive residue. They retain flexibility after cleaning and do not deform under normal prying force. Store flat to prevent permanent bending.
