Overview

Cooling and Design

The iChill X3 uses three fans and a large heatsink to manage thermals. A semi-passive mode stops the fans at low loads for silent operation. The black and silver shroud features addressable RGB lighting across the top and side.

Blackwell Architecture Performance

The GB202 GPU is built on a 5 nm process and delivers 21,760 shaders alongside dedicated AI and ray-tracing hardware. The 32GB GDDR7 frame buffer runs at 28 Gbps effective across a 512-bit interface, providing 1,792 GB/s of bandwidth for 4K and 8K workloads.

Connectivity and Power

A PCIe 5.0 x16 interface ensures full bandwidth on modern platforms. Power is supplied through a single 16-pin 12VHPWR connector. Video output includes three DisplayPort 2.1b ports and one HDMI 2.1 port for high-refresh-rate displays.

Feature Support

The card supports DLSS 4 for AI upscaling and frame generation, plus NVIDIA Reflex 2 for reduced system latency. G-SYNC compatibility provides variable refresh rates on supported monitors. The board occupies three expansion slots and measures 334 mm long.
