Overview

A 36mm low-profile top-blow cooler with a 90mm PWM fan rated for 140W TDP. Compatible with Intel LGA 1700, 1200, 115X and AMD AM4 sockets.

Low-Profile Top-Blow Design

The cooler stands 36 mm tall, making it suitable for small form factor builds. A top-down airflow pattern directs air over the heatsink and surrounding motherboard components.

Fan Performance

The included 90 mm fan operates between 800 and 3000 RPM via 4-pin PWM control. It delivers up to 82.06 m³/h airflow and 3.24 mmH2O static pressure at a maximum noise of 33 dB(A).

Construction and Materials

The heatsink uses copper fins with an aluminum base plate. The frame and fan housing are black plastic and metal. Total weight is 380 g.

Socket Compatibility

Mounting hardware supports Intel LGA 1700, 1200, and 115X sockets as well as AMD AM4. No additional fans can be installed on this unit.
