Overview

The Jonsbo MOD3 is an open-frame aluminum showcase chassis with tempered glass panels, built for custom water-cooling builds and high-end air cooling.

Design and Materials

The chassis uses 2.5mm and 2mm aluminum magnesium alloy plates with a double-sided sandblasted anodized finish. Two 4mm automotive-grade tempered glass panels form the sides. The open-frame layout weighs 8kg and measures 647mm deep, 232mm wide, and 620mm high.

Component Compatibility

Motherboard support extends to E-ATX. The graphics card clearance is 400mm, CPU cooler limit is 170mm, and power supply depth is 195mm. Seven expansion slots are available for add-in cards.

Cooling and Storage

Six 120mm fan mounts provide airflow flexibility. A single 360mm radiator can be installed for liquid cooling. Storage options include two dedicated 2.5-inch bays and one convertible 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch bay.

Front I/O and Extras

Side-mounted I/O offers two USB 3.0 Type-A ports and two 3.5mm audio jacks for headphone and microphone connections. No fans, RGB lighting, or remote control are included.
