Overview

A 5.25-inch bay fan controller with four rotary knobs for manual speed adjustment. Includes temperature sensors and LED lighting for system monitoring.

Design and Build

The unit mounts in a standard 5.25-inch drive bay using a solid black aluminum front panel. Four rotary knobs provide tactile control for each channel. Knobs protrude slightly and may conflict with cases that have a front door.

Performance and Control

Each channel delivers up to 30 watts across a 0 to 12 volt range. Four included temperature sensors feature extra-long cables for placement anywhere in large tower cases. Fan headers use 3-pin connectors with generous cable lengths.

Lighting and Alerts

Multi-color LEDs on the display support up to seven colors selectable via rear jumpers. Additional jumpers toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit units and enable an audible alarm for critical temperature thresholds.

Connectivity and Power

The controller draws power through a single 4-pin Molex connector from the power supply. It provides four 3-pin fan sockets and four 2-pin temperature sensor sockets on the rear.
