Overview

This black fully modular 1000W ATX 3.1 power supply uses an L-shaped layout for easy cable access and includes the EDGE Hub V2 for USB and PWM fan expansion. It fits high-performance gaming PCs and workstations.

Design and Cable Access

The L-shaped chassis positions modular ports on the top face so they stay reachable after installation. This layout works well in dual-chamber cases where the power supply sits behind a divider. All cables detach cleanly for a tidy build.

Performance and Cooling

A single +12V rail delivers up to 996W with Japanese capacitors for stability. The 120 mm fan stays off below roughly 300W load for silent operation. A magnetic mesh dust filter slides off the front for quick cleaning without removing the unit.

EDGE Hub V2 Expansion

The included hub connects via USB 3.0 and provides eight USB ports plus six 4-pin PWM headers rated at 2A each. It can draw power directly from the PSU or through an 8-pin PCIe cable when mounted elsewhere. L-Connect 3 software monitors per-port USB usage.

Connectivity and Protection

The unit supports ATX 3.1 with one 12V-2x6 connector, three 6+2-pin PCIe, two CPU power headers, eleven SATA, and one Molex. Protections include OCP, OPP, OTP, OVP, UVP, SCP, SIP, and no-load protection.
