Overview

This silver aluminum plate kit provides the precise mounting base needed to install a LYNK+ GPU cooler module on RTX 5090 graphics cards with reference PCB designs.

Design and Materials

The kit is machined from silver aluminum to serve as a stable, rigid base for the LYNK+ cooler module. Its precise dimensions match the reference PCB layout exactly, eliminating the need for modifications during assembly.

Compatibility

This plate kit supports RTX 5090 cards built on the NVIDIA reference design. Verified models include specific Inno3D iChill Frostbite, iChill X3, X3, and X3 OC variants; the MSI Ventus 3X OC 32G (MS-V530 VER:1.1); and PNY Triple Fan, Overclocked Triple Fan, ARGB EPIC-X RGB, and ARGB EPIC-X RGB Overclocked Triple Fan models.

Function

The plate kit acts as the critical interface between the graphics card PCB and the LYNK+ cold plate. It ensures secure mounting, consistent pressure, and optimal thermal transfer for the modular water cooling system.
