Overview

A four-actuator motion system delivering pitch, roll, and heave for PC sim rigs. It combines large movements with high-frequency vibration detail.

Motion Range and Fidelity

Each actuator provides 150 mm of stroke at speeds up to 300 mm/s and over 1 g acceleration. This captures heavy weight transfer during braking and cornering. Vibration up to 150 Hz adds engine RPM, tire slip, and surface texture.

Drive Precision

A servo drive pairs with a precision ball screw and 21-bit magnetic encoder. The encoder resolves roughly 2.09 million positions per revolution. An 8 ms response time keeps actuator motion synchronized with sim telemetry.

Configuration and Control

The standard setup uses four actuators for three degrees of freedom. MOZA Motion Manager software adjusts travel limits, intensity, axis mapping, and vibration profiles per vehicle. Units run on 48 V power and feature customizable RGB lighting with telemetry display.
