Overview

A rugged 140mm PWM fan rated IP67 for water and dust resistance. It delivers up to 182.5 m³/h airflow at 2000 RPM for demanding industrial cooling.

Industrial Design and Protection

The frame and impeller use fiberglass-reinforced polyamide rated for temperatures up to 140°C. Motor and PCB are fully encapsulated in heat-conductive resin to achieve IP67 certification, making the fan dust tight and waterproof to one meter depth.

Motor and Bearing Technology

A three-phase, six-slot motor provides smoother operation and 10% lower power draw compared to single-phase designs. The SSO2 bearing places the rear magnet closer to the axis for improved stability, housed in a CNC-milled brass shell for precision and longevity.

Aerodynamic Features

Flow Acceleration Channels on the impeller reduce flow separation and vortex noise. The AAO frame integrates Stepped Inlet Design and Inner Surface Microstructures to improve flow attachment and suppress blade passing noise, especially in tight spaces.

Control and Mounting

The NE-FD2 PWM IC supports automatic speed control via 4-pin connector and includes Smooth Commutation Drive to eliminate switching noise at low speeds. Integrated silicone anti-vibration pads minimize vibration transfer while remaining compatible with standard mounting hardware.
