This 140mm PWM fan operates at 24V with IP67 water and dust protection. It suits industrial and automotive applications requiring high airflow and durability.

Industrial-Grade Construction

The frame and impeller use fiberglass-reinforced polyamide rated for temperatures up to 140°C. Motor and PCB are fully encapsulated in heat-conductive resin to achieve IP67 certification, making the unit dust tight and waterproof to 1 meter depth.

Motor and Electrical Protection

A single-phase NE-FD5 PWM driver IC with Smooth Commutation Drive technology ensures efficient 24V operation. Integrated inrush current suppression prevents power-line transients, while enhanced burst and surge immunity allows use in electrically hostile environments.

Aerodynamic Performance

Flow Acceleration Channels on the impeller reduce flow separation and vortex noise. The AAO frame adds Stepped Inlet Design and Inner Surface Microstructures to improve flow attachment and lower blade-passing noise, delivering 182.5 m³/h at 31.5 dB(A).

Compatibility and Control

Standard 4-pin PWM connector enables automatic speed control from 500 to 2000 RPM. When powered from a 12V PC header, maximum speed drops to approximately 1800 RPM, allowing quiet operation in desktop systems while retaining industrial protection features.
