Overview

A 200mm PWM case fan designed for silent operation with advanced aerodynamics and a premium SSO2 bearing. Suitable for builders prioritizing low noise and high airflow in large chassis.

Design and Aerodynamics

The AAO frame integrates vibration buffers, a stepped inlet, and inner surface microstructures to improve acoustic efficiency. Flow Acceleration Channels on the impeller intake reduce vortex separation, increasing efficiency and lowering turbulence noise. Anti-vibration pads made from extra-soft silicone minimize vibration transfer to the chassis.

Performance and Control

The fan operates between 350 and 800 RPM, delivering up to 86.49 CFM airflow and 1.08 mmH2O static pressure. A custom NE-FD1 PWM IC with Smooth Commutation Drive technology minimizes switching noise at low speeds. Power draw is only 0.96W at rated 12V.

Bearing and Durability

The second-generation SSO2 bearing positions the rear magnet closer to the axis for improved stabilization, precision, and durability. The fan carries an MTBF rating exceeding 150,000 hours and is backed by a 6-year manufacturer warranty.

Compatibility and Accessories

The frame supports three mounting hole spacings: 154x154mm, 110x180mm, and 170x170mm. The package includes modular cabling, a low-noise adapter, anti-vibration pads, and screws. The 4-pin PWM connector ensures broad motherboard compatibility.
