Overview

This 120mm PWM fan delivers high static pressure for heatsinks and radiators. It includes six sets of colored anti-vibration pads for aesthetic coordination.

Design and Build

The fan features a black frame and rotor with a 25mm thickness. Its Focused Flow frame uses eleven stator guide vanes to straighten and channel airflow. AAO frame elements include Stepped Inlet Design and Inner Surface Microstructures for acoustic optimization. The seven-blade Heptaperf impeller is optimized for the frame geometry.

Performance and Control

PWM control allows automatic speed adjustment between 300 and 1500 RPM. A custom NE-FD1 IC with Smooth Commutation Drive reduces switching noise at low speeds. The fan produces a maximum static pressure of 2.61 mmH2O and airflow of 93.4 m³/h while peaking at 22.4 dB(A).

Customization Options

Six sets of NA-AVP1 anti-vibration pads in black, white, red, blue, green, and yellow are included for color coordination. Additional pads, colored sleeved cables, and anti-vibration mounts are available separately for further personalization.

Bearing and Reliability

The second-generation SSO2 bearing places the rear magnet closer to the axis for improved stabilization. A CNC-machined brass bearing shell ensures manufacturing precision and long-term stability. The assembly is rated for over 150,000 hours MTTF and backed by a six-year warranty.
