Overview

This 420mm all-in-one liquid cooler uses a copper cold plate and three 140mm D30 fans to handle high-end CPU loads. A single LINQ6 cable manages both PWM and digital RGB for a clean build.

Cooling Performance

A large copper base transfers heat into the 420mm aluminum radiator. Three 140mm D30 fans push high static pressure at low noise, keeping overclocked processors stable under sustained loads.

Compact Pump Design

The low-profile pump housing fits tight clearances around modern CPU sockets. Its slim footprint avoids interference with tall memory modules or VRM heatsinks on both Intel and AMD platforms.

Single-Cable RGB and PWM

Phanteks LINQ6 connectors daisy-chain the three fans so one cable carries 5V digital RGB and PWM signals. This reduces clutter and simplifies routing behind the motherboard tray.

Socket Compatibility

Mounting hardware covers Intel LGA 115x, 1200, 1700, 1851 and AMD AM4, AM5. The tool-free bracket system lets you secure the cold plate quickly without a screwdriver.
