Overview

A 2U rackmount server chassis that fits E-ATX motherboards and provides twelve front hot-swap drive bays with a 12Gb/s SAS/SATA backplane. Includes three hot-swap 80mm PWM fans for front-to-back airflow.

Chassis Design

The steel chassis measures 430 mm wide, 88.5 mm tall, and 660 mm deep. It fits standard 19-inch racks and includes mounting holes for sliding rails such as the RMS03-26. The front panel holds twelve drive bays with handle bars for quick access.

Drive Support

Twelve hot-swap bays accept 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch SAS and SATA drives. The backplane delivers 12Gb/s throughput over three Mini-SAS HD SFF-8643 connectors and supports SGPIO for drive status indication.

Cooling

Three 80 mm x 38 mm hot-swap PWM fans come pre-installed. They create a front-to-back airflow path designed to move heat quickly through the chassis without allowing hot air to accumulate.

Connectivity and Expansion

The front I/O panel provides two USB 3.0 Type-A ports. Seven full-height expansion slots are available at the rear. The case accommodates redundant power supplies mounted at the bottom rear.
