Design and Dimensions

The cooler measures 88 mm by 88 mm and stands 66 mm tall, meeting 2U server clearance limits. A single aluminum tower sits on an aluminum-and-copper base with three 6 mm heatpipes using direct-contact technology. Total weight is 323 grams.

Fan Performance

The included 60 mm fan connects via a 4-pin PWM header and spins between 1200 and 5000 RPM. It delivers up to 47.4 cubic meters per hour of airflow while producing 18 to 42.5 dB(A) of noise across the speed range.

Compatibility and Installation

Designed exclusively for Intel LGA 1700 processors. The push-pin mounting system secures the unit without a backplate, simplifying installation in dense server environments. No additional fans can be added.

Included Components
