Overview

A machined brass fitting with a G1/4 inch thread designed to connect 14mm outer diameter hard tubing in custom water cooling loops.

Design and Materials

The fitting is machined from brass, an alloy harder and more corrosion-resistant than copper. A matte black chrome coating provides a refined finish that is easy to clean. The uniform 21mm outer diameter matches other DeltaMate connectors for a consistent appearance.

Sealing and Installation

An EPDM rubber O-ring with a large surface area delivers high clamping force to secure the tube. The tube mounts onto the top of the fitting rather than inserting inside, simplifying length measurement. Assembly uses an 8mm internal hex key.

Specifications

The connector features a G1/4 inch outer thread and supports hard tubes with a 14mm outer diameter. It measures 14mm in height and weighs 24 grams. The fitting is straight, non-rotatable, and contains no lighting elements.
