Overview

A brass quick-disconnect male fitting with integrated shut-off valve and G1/4 internal thread. Designed for drip-free component swaps in custom water cooling systems.

Design and Materials

The fitting is machined from brass for durability and anodic compatibility with other loop metals. A matte nickel coating provides a uniform silver finish. Sealing uses elastic EPDM O-rings rated for ozone and UV resistance. An 8 mm internal hex key is used for installation.

Performance and Use

Internal geometry is optimized for high flow while maintaining reliable sealing. The integrated shut-off valve and vacuum-assisted design prevent drips during disconnection. This male quick-disconnect half pairs with a female counterpart for rapid component changes without draining the loop.

Connectivity

Features a G1/4 inch internal thread for connecting standard fittings such as DeltaMate ST13 or ST16 hose adapters. The uniform outer diameter ensures consistent alignment with other DeltaMate series components. Not compatible with hard tubing directly.
