Overview

A graphite thermal pad offering high thermal conductivity for GPU and CPU cooling. Electrically conductive; requires careful placement to avoid shorts.

Design and Material

The KryoSheet uses a graphite structure engineered to maximize heat transfer along the Z-axis. The manufacturing process breaks the basal plane of graphite crystals to exploit natural anisotropy. No liquid carriers are present, so the pad cannot dry out or pump out over time.

Performance and Use

Intended for high-end GPU memory and die cooling as well as CPU IHS applications. The pad is maintenance-free and suited for refurbishing graphics cards, laptops, and industrial server builds. Select a size slightly larger than the target surface for full coverage.

Electrical Conductivity Warning

KryoSheet is electrically conductive. It must not touch exposed PCB traces, solder points, or component leads. Apply only to the die or memory chips with the cooler mounted immediately to prevent shifting.
