The pad uses a silicone carrier complex filled with aluminum oxide. This composition matches the effectiveness of thermal pastes while remaining easy to apply on uneven surfaces.

Performance and Use Cases

Rated at 8 W/mK conductivity, it works well for memory modules, VRMs, and other components where paste is impractical. Performance stays consistent across the 0.5 to 2 mm thickness range.

Operating Range

Stable from -100 °C to 200 °C, supporting extreme cooling methods such as liquid nitrogen as well as standard air and water loops.
