Overview

A silicone-based thermal pad using aluminum oxide to bridge gaps between components and heatsinks. Suitable for GPU memory chips and voltage regulators where paste is impractical.

Design and Materials

The pad uses a silicone carrier matrix filled with aluminum oxide particles. It is electrically non-conductive and colored gray. Each sheet measures 100 mm by 100 mm with a 0.5 mm profile.

Performance and Use

Delivers thermal conductivity similar to traditional paste. Ideal for memory modules and voltage converters where a gap must be filled. Performance remains consistent across thicknesses because minimal pressure is required.
