Overview

A high-end CPU water block with a nickel-plated copper base and acetal cover, designed for AMD sockets including AM4 and AM5. Features a tool-less mounting system and optimized flow paths for improved thermal performance.

Design and Materials

The block uses a nickel-plated copper base for heat transfer and a black acetal top with silver accents. The integrated jet plate design replaces the separate piece used in earlier models, improving reliability and flow. Dimensions are 59 mm deep, 66 mm wide, and 17 mm high with a weight of 450 grams.

Performance and Flow

Thinner fins on the cold plate increase surface area for heat dissipation without reducing flow rate. The revised channel layout and larger nozzle lower restriction and clogging risk. The manufacturer states up to a 3 °C improvement over the prior version.

Mounting and Compatibility

The Easy-Mount system allows tool-less installation and removal after the initial setup. Fixed bolt stops prevent over-tightening. The block fits a wide range of AMD sockets including 939, 940, AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, AM4, FM2, FM2+, and AM5.

Connectivity

Two standard G1/4 inch threads are spaced 25 mm apart, providing clearance for oversized fittings up to 19 mm wide. No RGB lighting or display is included.
