Overview

A full-cover water block built for Palit and Gainward GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards. It cools the GPU, memory, and VRMs through a nickel-plated copper base and transparent acrylic top with addressable RGB lighting.

Design and Materials

The block uses a nickel-plated copper cold plate paired with a transparent acrylic top. A full-cover layout contacts every major heat source on the reference PCB. The silver finish matches the included aluminum backplate.

Cooling Performance

Symmetrical internal channels distribute flow evenly across the GPU die, memory modules, and voltage regulators. Six G1/4-inch ports allow parallel or series plumbing without restricting flow.

Lighting and Installation

An addressable RGB board mounts to the top via a plug-in system and can be removed if lighting is not desired. The backplate screws directly over the block, aligning the PCB and securing the assembly in one step.
