Overview

Complete Tubing Workflow

The kit covers every step from cutting to final edge preparation. A heavy-duty cutter removes the need for a saw. The bending tool and rubber insert create smooth curves. The chamfer tool and sandpaper ensure fitting-ready ends.

Bending Process

Insert the rubber extrusion into the tube, apply heat with a gun or dryer, then place the tube in the bending tool. Form angles up to 180 degrees and let cool before removing the rubber. The tool works with 13mm and 14mm outer diameter PETG.

Cutting and Finishing

The cutter handles PETG as easily as flexible tubing. After trimming to length, insert each end into the chamfer tool and rotate counterclockwise. Use the included sandpaper to smooth the chamfered edges before installation.
