Buying gaming pcs at HodlChip

Choose a gaming PC by the resolution you play at, then by the case and cooling you like:

  • 1080p: Ryzen 5 systems with a GeForce RTX 5060 or Radeon RX 9060 XT handle high refresh rates in most games.
  • 1440p: an X3D processor with an RTX 5070, RTX 5070 Ti or Radeon RX 9070 XT is the sweet spot.
  • 4K: a Ryzen 7 9800X3D with an RTX 5080 or RTX 5090 keeps frame rates up at the highest settings.

Ready-built or configurable: ready-built systems ship exactly as listed, and some come with Windows 11 installed; the product name says so. Configurator models list a base case and platform: check the product page for the processor, graphics card, memory and storage included.

Cooling ranges from air coolers to 360 mm AIO liquid coolers and custom water loops. Check the warranty length on each product page. Prefer to choose every part yourself? Start with PC components and the PC Builder, which checks compatibility as you go.

Questions about gaming pcs

Do the gaming PCs come with Windows?
Some do: models with Windows 11 installed say so in their name and description. The others ship without an operating system, so you can install Windows or Linux yourself; Windows licenses are available in software.
What does a configurator model include?
A configurator model is a base build: its product page lists the case, platform and the components included at the listed price. For a different processor, graphics card or more memory, see the other models or email support@hodlchip.com before ordering.
Can I upgrade a gaming PC later?
Yes. These are standard desktop PCs with standard parts, so you can add memory and storage or swap the graphics card later. Check the power supply wattage before fitting a more powerful graphics card.
