Design and Cooling

The drive uses a thin M.2 2280 form factor measuring 80 mm long and 3.15 mm wide. A detachable heatsink is included to manage thermals in tight laptop chassis or compact desktops.

Performance and Efficiency

A TSMC 6nm controller delivers sequential reads up to 14,000 MB/s and writes up to 10,000 MB/s. The efficient design reduces heat generation, removing the need for bulky cooling solutions.

Compatibility and Use Cases

Backward compatible with PCIe 4.0 and 3.0 platforms. Validated for the latest Intel and AMD systems and fits the PlayStation 5 expansion slot for internal storage upgrades.

Reliability and Software

232-layer 3D TLC NAND provides 2,960 TBW endurance and a 2 million hour MTBF. SLC caching and DRAM buffer boost random IOPS. SSD Toolbox software monitors health, temperature, and firmware status via S.M.A.R.T.
