Overview

A white low-profile top-flow CPU cooler with six heatpipes and a 120mm PWM fan. Suits compact Mini-ITX builds on Intel LGA1700 or AMD AM5 platforms.

Compact Top-Flow Layout

The cooler stands 76mm tall with a 120mm square footprint, allowing it to fit inside Mini-ITX cases and slim HTPC enclosures. Its top-blow orientation pushes air down through the fin stack and across the motherboard surface, providing secondary cooling for voltage regulators and nearby components.

Thermal Performance

Six copper heatpipes move heat from the CPU base into the aluminum fin array. The included 120mm PWM fan spins between 600 and 1900 RPM, delivering up to 83.63 m³/h of airflow at a maximum noise level of 28.9 dB(A). The assembly is rated for processors up to 165W TDP.

Socket Compatibility

Mounting hardware covers Intel LGA 115x, 1200, 1700, and 1851 plus AMD AM4 and AM5 sockets. A single 4-pin PWM header connects the fan to the motherboard for automatic speed control. No additional fans can be attached to this model.

Included Components

The package contains the heatsink with pre-installed white 120mm fan, mounting brackets for all supported sockets, and necessary fasteners. The fan frame and rotor are both white, matching the variant's color theme while the heatsink fins remain black aluminum.
