Overview

The NH-U9S is a 92mm single-tower air cooler designed for compact builds. It supports a wide range of Intel and AMD sockets including LGA1700 and AM5 with optional kits.

Design and Compatibility

The asymmetric layout keeps the 95mm wide heatsink clear of memory modules and PCIe slots on both ATX and ITX boards. Total height is 125mm with the fan installed, allowing use in many small-form-factor cases. A nickel-plated copper base and five 6mm heatpipes transfer heat to aluminum fins.

Fan Performance

The bundled NF-A9 92mm PWM fan spins between 1,550 and 2,000 RPM, moving 62.6 to 78.9 m³/h of air. Acoustic output ranges from 16.3 dB(A) with the low-noise adapter to 22.8 dB(A) at full speed. Power draw is 1.2W at 12V.

Socket Support

Native mounting hardware covers Intel LGA 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200, 2011, 2011-3, 2066 and AMD AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, AM4, FM1, FM2, FM2+. Separate kits add LGA 1700 and AM5 support.

Included Accessories

Package contains the heatsink, NF-A9 PWM fan, low-noise adapter, SecuFirm2 mounting system for supported sockets, NT-H1 thermal paste, and a screwdriver.
