Overview

This CPU water block targets large-die processors like AMD Threadripper and Intel Xeon. It combines a nickel-plated copper base with integrated digital RGB lighting.

Engineered for Large Dies

The cold plate measures 42 by 58.6 millimeters and carries 147 cooling fins, each 0.2 millimeters thick. That surface area is nearly double a standard block, matching the expansive heat spreaders on Threadripper and Xeon CPUs. The base is solid nickel-plated copper for maximum thermal conductivity.

Integrated Digital RGB Lighting

Fourteen addressable LEDs sit inside an aluminum frame that does not contact coolant. A 3-pin 5V digital RGB header connects to any compatible motherboard, and the included Y-adapter lets you daisy-chain additional Aurora components without extra splitters.

Acrylic Top with Brass Accents

The transparent acrylic cover reveals coolant flow while a black brass frame embeds a subtle logo. Two G1/4-inch ports accept standard compression fittings. Overall dimensions are 79 mm wide, 63.8 mm deep, and 31 mm tall.

Simple Mounting Process

Remove the protective film, apply the included thermal paste, and secure the block with knurled thumbscrews. No tools are required, and the mounting order adapts to the specific socket backplate.
